Erik Kratz is back with the Phillies. That's because the team put righthander Roy Halladay  on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 28, with a right latissimus dorsi strain. Halladay is 4-5 on the season and lasted just two innings in his last start. He is expected to miss 6-8 weeks. This is the third time Kratz has been recalled this season. He has homered in four appearances. He will in New York in time for Tuesday evenings game.
