Vice President Joe Biden was at Central Bucks High School on Friday.   He told students the Obama administration is doing what it can to help them afford college.   Biden said funding for Pell Grants has been increased and the president is working with college administrators to lower their costs.   Biden was accompanied by U-S Deputy Secretary of Education Tony Miller.
