Bucks County Community College and the union representing its faculty have a new contract.   Both sides have approved the four year deal which raises starting salaries and provides annual adjustments based on rank, experience and credentials.  It also provides benefits for same sex couples.   The contract is effective retroactive to August of last year when the old agreement expired.
