Upper Dublin Education Association members have agreed to a one-time salary giveback of a $1,000 in the new school year. In return, the school board has promised no teacher layoffs during the next two school years.  The board says the agreement, in the form of an amendment to the union’s contract, should save about $370,000 and help to balance the budget.
