Pennridge Budget Holds Line On Taxes

The Pennridge School Board has approved a budget that calls for more than $111 million in spending and no tax hike or program cuts in the new school year. However, the average property tax bill will go up by about $15 because of a small cut in state gaming revenue.  A million-dollar settlement in a tax dispute with the Rockhill Mennonite Community helped to close an earlier budget gap.
