A rosebud tree will forever keep a sense of innocence alive in Souderton for those who loved Skyler Kauffman. In

addition to the planting ceremony outside her elementary School Tuesday, family and classmates of Skyler read poems

she composed.  Skyler would have celebrated her 10^th birthday Tuesday.  In early May Kauffman was murdered.

 A neighbor who was a resident in her apartment complex is being held in connection with her slaying.
