The Wissahickon School Board has approved a budget that calls for more than $87 million in spending and no real estate tax hike in the new school year. The district will use about $4.3 million from its fund balance to close a gap between revenue and expenditures.  The budget also eliminates 13 staff positions at all levels throughout the district.
