A Bucks County man has received the American Legion Award as the outstanding cadet in a Pennsylvania State Police academy class that graduated Friday. His classmates and instructors chose Robert Richter Jr. of Holland for the honor.  He has been assigned to Troop M in Bethlehem.  Governor Tom Corbett (pictured here) addressed the graduating class of 131 men and women saying, “You join a force with more than a century of history.  I salute your willingness to take on this calling.”
