It looks like the North Penn School Board will delay a renovation and expansion project at Inglewood Elementary School, on Allentown Road in Towamencin. Last month the township supervisors approved plans for heating, air conditioning, fire suppression and security improvements and two new classrooms.  The work was set to start in the summer, but now it will probably wait until the spring of next year because of budget constraints.
