The University of Phoenix could open a branch campus at Valley Square in Warrington. The owner says the for-profit university is close to signing a lease for 1,500 square feet of space above Borders Books in the shopping and office complex near Route 611 and Street Road.  It would have seven classrooms, offices and a library.
