Hatboro-Horsham teachers have rejected the school board’s latest contract offer. More than 90 percent of them voted against it.  The four-year deal would have raised their pay by a little less than 2.5 percent in the first year, a little more than 3 percent in the second year, and a little more than 3.5 percent in each of the last two years.
