The Hatboro Horsham school board has put a new teacher contract proposal on the table.  District officals haven't released details, but say it represents movement.  Meanwhile on Wednesday a small group of teachers carried signs outside the home of board President Mark Opalisky.  They were apparently upset by the board's consideration of installing artifcal turf at the high school's football stadium.  Union chief Jackie Anderson says that demonstration wasn't organized by the HHEA.
