The North Penn School Board has hired the Massey Powell public relations firm to get out its side of the story in contract talks with the teachers’ union. The deal with the firm is for $7,500 per month, retroactive to April 1.  Board President Vince Sherpinsky says he and other board members are volunteers, and they need expertise to help them communicate with the 140,000 district residents.
