The East Norriton Township Zoning Hearing Board has denied an appeal for a company that wants to put up a billboard on West Germantown Pike. The written legal opinion says MC Outdoor of Malvern does not have the standing to file an appeal and the township’s motion to dismiss is granted.  The company, which is also at odds with the township over three other billboard locations, will probably appeal the zoning board ruling to Montgomery County Court.
