The Upper Gwynedd Township Commissioners have approved plans for a new housing development on a little more than 4 1/2 acres on Sumneytown Pike, Between South Broad Street and Supplee Road. It will have four single-family homes and 19 townhouses.  The developer has worked with neighbors on Kristen Circle to resolve stormwater issues, and has agreed to plant two rows of trees as a buffer between their homes and the new development, to be known as Samantha Court.
