Lansdale Borough Council is looking at cutting the speed limit from 35 miles per hour to 25 on Cypress Street. Councilman Mike Sobel says it should be up for a vote before the end of the year, probably in about 60 to 90 days.  He says people living on the normally-quiet residential street have complained about motorists speeding through their neighborhood.
