The West Norriton Township Commissioners have rejected a plan to have a single trash-hauler serve the entire township. The commissioners asked six firms for proposals, but only JP Mascaro submitted one.  While a few spoke in favor of the plan, most of the people attending a Tuesday night meeting night opposed it.  One resident summed up the opposition saying, “This is about freedom of choice.”
