State Senator Bob Mensch is charged with brandishing a gun at a fellow motorist on I-78 in Berks County. The 24th District Republican denies doing it while acknowledging he had not one, but two guns in his vehicle at the time of the alleged incident in early March.  Mensch said it was the other driver who was 'agressive'.   The lawmaker is facing a hearing on the summary offense in Bernville, Berks County on May 9th.
