The Station At Bucks County Wins Approval
The Warminster Township Supervisors have approved a transit-oriented development near the train terminal on SEPTA’s Regional Rail line, at Jacksonville and Street Roads.
The development, known as “The Station at Bucks County,” would have 233 rental units in 19 buildings on about 16 acres of land. A separate building would have about 5,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments could be finished by late this year or early next year.
