The Bucks County Judges have picked Robert Loughery of Bedminster as the newest county commissioner. He is co-founder of the Keystone Development Group in Doylestown and one of three people the County Republican Executive Committee recommended.  In the past he managed county commissioner campaigns for Charley Martin and the current Congressman, Mike Fitzpatrick.  He also managed a campaign for former Congressman Jim Greenwood.  He succeeds Jim Cawley, who was sworn in last week as Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania.
