Turnpike Tolls Going Up In New Year

Turnpike-LogoThe Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission raised tolls effective at 12:01am Sunday, January 2. They increased by ten percent for cash-paying motorists and three percent for E-ZPass Holders.  Under the new rates, the most common toll went from $1.00 to $1.10 for cash customers and from 97 cents to $1 for those with E-ZPass.  Motorists can sign up for E-ZPass at some supermarkets, most AAA offices or online at www.paturnpike.com.
