The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has upheld the right of supermarkets with restaurants inside to sell beer. The court said five Wegman’s Markets, including one in Warrington and one in Collegeville, met the requirements under state law to have restaurant liquor licenses.  In a written opinion, the judges noted that the legislature can change the law if it wants to.
