Parents Make Emotional Plea To Their Missing Son.
The mystery surrounding the disappearance of a college student from Skippack continues. 21-year-old, Matthew Royer, after a few sightings, has seemingly vanished on his way home from the University of Rhode Island. Police say he left the campus on Thursday at 6:30. He was seen by video at a Sunoco on routes-78 and 100, just after 2am Friday. Since then, the trail to locate Royer has gone cold. Royer’s parents held a news conference Monday afternoon at the State Police Barracks in Skippack, pleading for their son to call home, if he can. Royer is a white male, brown hair, brow eyes, 6-1, 160 pounds. He was driving a silver Chevy Cobalt with a license plate tag of GZR-9059. Anyone with information is urged to call State Police.
