A Bucks County man who admitted stealing from the Philadelphia courts has been given 33 months in federal prison.

After his release, 47-year-old William Rullo of Levittown must re-pay the $433,000 he stole over a ten-year period while working as a court system procurement technician, ordering products and services for the courts.

Prosecutors say he eventually got a credit card issued in his name, which he used to pay cell phone bills and buy TV sets for family and friends and go on weekend getaways, among other things.  At times he forged the signatures of judges to justify his personal spending.
