Fifteen people are accused of taking part in a synthetic drug ring that operated mainly in Montgomery and Lehigh Counties, but stretched into other locations in the tri-state area.

Prosecutors say it sold synthetic marijuana and a chemical product called “bath salts” through gas stations and convenience stores including the Main Street Market in Schwenksville and US Gas in Upper Frederick Township.

The ring also sold drug paraphernalia including pipes, rolling papers and beer and soda cans and other items with secret compartments for hiding drugs.
