A Philadelphia man has been arrested for his alleged role in an armed robbery committed last spring in Montgomery Township.   25-year-old Paul Chau and two other men are charged with holding up Lumenoptix on Progress Drive more than five months ago and taking an undisclosed amount of money intended for employees.   He had worked there previously and investigators knew who he was but Chau evaded capture until Thursday.
