Man Gets Jail Time For Knife Threat
32-year-old Joseph Davis pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of assault and making terroristic threats in an incident that happened in July of last year.
The victim told police he entered her home and hid in a utility room before grabbing a knife and holding it to her neck and face, threatening to kill her. She eventually locked herself in a bedroom and called police.
Davis was given 11 1/2 to 23 months in Montgomery County Prison followed by one year on probation, and he must have no further contact with the victim.
