A Bucks County woman is accused of letting her two preschool children wander outdoors alone.

26-year-old Sara Alba of Penndel is charged with child endangerment.  

Police say her two-year-old daughter was wearing sandals and nothing else, her three-year-old son was wearing thermal underwear on a hot July day, and both were very thirsty.  A neighbor took them in, gave them cereal, milk and fruit and called police.
