A former Hatboro-Horsham High School coach is accused of giving a 17-year-old girl alcohol at least eight times over the last six months. 24-year-old William Lichtner (pictured here) of Ambler was her cross-country coach.  He was arraigned Tuesday on charges of corrupting a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor.  Police started investigating after the girl reported it to her guidance counselor late last month.
