A Montgomery Township man is free on bail after being arrested on May 17th for allegedly fondling himself in front of a woman’s home on North Line street. 44-year-old Alvin Rosenberger was released on 10-thoussand dollars bail. Rosenberger is scheduled to appear in court on July 18th in connection with the incident. According to court papers, Rosenberger would stand in a tree-lined area that separates his property from the victim’s property and engage in the activity.
