A Montgomery County judge has upheld a decision by prosecutors not to give a defense lawyer copies of child pornography pictures requested by a lawyer representing a man accused of possessing them. The judge accepted the prosecution’s argument that the pictures are illegal contraband and said the two sides can arrange a meeting to view them.  56-year-old Gary Romano of Norristown is accused of molesting a two-year-old girl he was babysitting, taking pictures of the assault, and sharing them with another pedophile on the internet.
