A Bucks County man who found an extra $69,000 in his bank account is accused of spending most of it. 22-year-old Joseph Bucci of Trevose is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.  Wells Fargo Bank put the money in his account by mistake, and by the time the bank discovered the error he had only $2,000 left.  Police say he spent the money on food, furniture, clothing, a car, airline tickets and a pet dog.
