Man Facing Charges Over Pipe Bombs
He faces local charges of risking a catastrophe and possible federal charges of manufacturing or possessing weapons of mass destruction, but a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent says he is not considered a terrorist.
He lived with his mother in the Palomino Farms Development off Route 611 in Warrington, and police evacuated parts of several streets there Wednesday night after she called to report finding a bomb in her kitchen. Since his arrest he has resided at the Bucks County Prison.
