A Bucks County man has been given 10 to 20 years in state prison for robbing three banks. 25-year-old Albert Jannett of Bensalem was convicted in January of robbing TD Bank branches in Bensalem and Bristol Townships and a Bank of America Branch in Warrington in February of last year.

In each case he gave tellers a note saying he had a gun, and he got away with more than $20,000 before police arrested him, acting on information from a tipster.  At his sentencing Monday, he said he was suffering from depression and heroin withdrawal at the time of the robberies, and he wanted to leave his girlfriend and two children some money before killing himself.
