A Towamencin Township man is accused of punching a woman in the face and robbing her of $250. 18-year-old Andrew Kahlil Lewis of Freedom Circle is charged with robbery, assault and other offenses.

The incident happened shortly before 8:00pm Thursday, April 12, near Liberty Bell Drive and Adams Road.  The 24-year-old victim said she knew her attacker by the name of Kahlil, and he lived in the same complex where the crime took place.  A search with help from a Montgomery Township Police Canine Unit led to his capture in a nearby wooded area.
