Two homes were evacuated and about 500 had their power shut off for more than an hour early Monday evening after a propane truck overturned on New Galena Road, between Barclay and Township Line Roads, in the Line Lexington section of New Britain Township. Police say the truck fell over on its side when the driver hit a soft shoulder and two valves were opened, releasing propane gas.  The driver was not injured, and the people in nearby homes were not harmed.
