A North Wales Man Will Serve Nearly Two-Years In Jail After He Tells The State Police That He Possessed Child Pornography.
Judge Richard Hodgson sentenced Matthew Aubin In Montgomery County Court on Wednesday and permitted him to serve his sentence on 15 straight weekends.
The 33-year-old man came to the attention of the State Police Computer Crime Unit between March and June of 2010. State Police were led to Aubin’s residence by way of his internet connection when he lived in Upper Gwynedd. State Police discovered 52 files that showed underage children engaging in various sex acts. Aubin is also ordered to comply with Pa’s Megan’s Law and will be under a three year probationary period after he serves his sentence.
