Accused Drug Doc Getting His IRA
A Montgomery County judge has approved an agreement that will return some seized assets to a Franconia physician accused of prescribing Oxycodone and other painkillers for anyone who wanted them.
Under an agreement between his defense lawyer and prosecutors, 76-year-old Doctor Richard Ruth (pictured here) and his wife Phyllis can have access to a $166,000 Individual Retirement Account. The judge also issued an order barring him from selling two properties, his home on Godshall Road and his former medical practice on Cherry Lane.
