A Blue Bell man was killed early Wednesday in a one-car crash at Allentown and Halteman Roads in Franconia. He is identified as 29-year-old Bradley Troutman of Muhlenberg Drive in Blue Bell.  Police say his 2006 Ford Focus ran off the road at a bend around 2:15am, went up an embankment, struck a utility pole and turned over on its side.  He was found dead at the scene.  Franconia Township Police are investigating.
