Suspected Drunk Driver Hits House
His younger sister, Fiona O’Neill, was cited for underage drinking two years ago and his older sister, Roisin O’Neill, was arrested three years ago after a high-speed ride up the wrong side of Interstate 476 in Plymouth Township. It ended with a crash that seriously injured her and killed 63-year-old Patricia Waggoner, who was traveling from her Massachusetts home to visit her son and grandchildren in media. Roisin O’Neill’s blood alcohol level was about 2 1/2 times the legal limit for driving. She pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and recklessly endangering other people. She is 26 years old now and serving five to ten years in state prison.
