Towamencin Township Police have identified the driver killed early Saturday morning on Troxel Road. They say 21-year-old Travis Repp of South Fourth Street in North Wales drove his Toyota Scion off the road near Carriage Lane, striking a fence, a tree and a large boulder, coming to rest on its side.  A passenger, 21-year-old Richard Welhaf of Jodi Sue Lane in Colmar, was seriously injured.  The circumstances around the one-car crash are still under investigation.
