An Upper Salford Township man is accused of drugging and raping four little girls under the age of ten, including a six-year-old, videotaping the assaults and putting pictures on the internet. 66-year-old Barry McOwen of Clemmers Mill Road is charged with aggravated indecent assault of children and other offenses.  He allegedly raped the girls while they were asleep or passed out from the drugs.  Prosecutors say he bragged about what he called his “sleep assaults” in chats over the internet.  He is being held without bail at Montgomery County Prison.
