Worker Accused Of Stealing From Turnpike Commission

Turnpike-LogoA Montgomery County man is accused of stealing supplies from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and having turnpike employees work on his house on the commission’s time. 68-year-old Ronald Kozlowski of Sandy Hill Road in Plymouth Township was a tradesman superintendent who worked for the commission.  Court documents say he had a plumber, carpenter, welder and electrician work on his home using supplies they bought with turnpike commission procurement cards, which are similar to company credit cards.  Kozlowski is also a Plymouth Township Constable, and he is accused of performing constable duties on the turnpike commission’s time.
