The Lehigh County DA will seek the death penalty for an Upper Gwynedd veterinarian. 35-year-old David Rapoport of Browning Court in Upper Gwynedd is accused of shooting 27-year-old veterinary technician Jennifer Snyder in March and dumping her body in Whitehall Township.  Snyder was nearly 12 weeks pregnant.  Police say she was Rapoport’s mistress.  He is being held on two Counts of murder in the deaths of Snyder and her unborn Child.
