Child Porn Gets Man Jail Time
A Norristown man has admitted having child pornography on his computer.
54-year-old Robert Hunt of Locust Street pleaded guilty to felony possession of child pornography and he has been given 11 1/2 to 23 months in Montgomery County Prison, followed by 13 years probation. He must also report his address to state police as a sex offender under Megan’s Law. Prosecutors say his case started in an unusual way in September of 2009, when parents called to complain that a man was photographing young girls, including their twelve-year-old daughter, at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. The man was Hunt, but none of the child pornography pictures were related to the ones he took at the mall.
