A Harleysville man is charged with attempted burglary.   Law enforcement officers arrested 20-year-old Kamrin Croons of Blackmoor Court earlier this week and charged him with trying to break in at a home in the 400 block of Cedartop Court in Towamencin Township.   A neighbor spotted the suspect at the scene and called police before the back door could be pried open.   The burglar fled and police arrested Croons at his nearby home after an intense search.   Croons was arraigned before a district justice and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
