A Bucks County tattoo artist, accused in March of having sex with a 15-year-old girl, faces 195 new criminal charges for allegedly having sex with 16 other victims. 14 are minors and two are adults.  Prosecutors say 34-year-old Walter Meyerle of Falls Township liked having sex with his girlfriends while their young child was in the same bed, and in one case he molested a four or five-year-old girl 50 or 60 times.  In some cases the children were compromised because their mothers had been drinking or taking drugs.  They say he illegally gave the 15-year-old a tattoo in her private area in return for sex, and her mother called police after finding the tattoo.  He allegedly kept all of the victims quiet by intimidating them, but they started coming forward after news of the March arrest got out.  He is being held at Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5 million bail, and District Attorney David Heckler says he will try to keep Meyerle locked up for the rest of his life if he is convicted.
