Law enforcement officials in Norristown have identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle accident on Thursday.   He is Kohn Street resident Adam Gary.   Investigators say Gary was moving at a high rate of speed when his motorcycle went out of control on DeKalb Street near East Elm.    It sideswiped a utility pole and kept going, coming to rest 100-yards away from where the victim lay in the street.   Gary was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
