1 Man, 5 DUI Arrests
A Bucks County man with four prior arrests for driving under the influence got his fifth DUI arrest on Wednesday.
34-year-old Robert Thomas of New Britain allegedly got drunk, ran a red light in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia and struck a baby carriage, critically injuring a seven-week-old girl. In addition to DUI, he is charged with aggravated assault and driving while his license was suspended.
