Norristown Police and Montgomery County Detectives are investigating the murder of a Norristown Area High School student. 17-year-old Ray Dawkins was killed shortly before 10:30 Friday night on Noble Street, north of Oak, not far from his home.  Witnesses say it looked like he was a robbery victim who tried to fight back.
